All required information must -be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. This site plan, for the development of a 5,769-square-foot addition to the existing store, meets all County requirements for development within the B2 (Business General) zoning district. The site plan also calls for the provision of two dumpster pads and enclosures. In conjunction with this development, the re -striping of the existing pavement markings in the Food Lion Plaza should occur to ensure their visibility. I have provided you with several copies of the approved site plan, Please forward two copies to the owner and advise them to keep an approved copy for their files and maintain an approved copy on the construction site. Once the site development has been completed, the owner should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this letter.
