This revised site plan for the addition of an office, workshop, and retail area to the existing facility, meets all County requirements for development within the B2 (Business General) Zoning District. This revision calls for the relocation of the structure, the re -striping of the parking area, and the general cleanup of the site. I have provided you with an approved copy of the site plan. Please keep this approved copy for your files. In addition, I have enclosed an approved copy of the plan with your building permit application. Your building permit application has also been approved by this office. The Inspections Department will be contacting you shortly to pick up the building permit.
