This site plan, for the construction of a 1,875-square-foot addition to the rear of the existing building, meets all applicable County requirements for development within the M1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District. An area of outdoor storage is located to the rear of your facility. It is my understanding that this will be removed upon the development of Valley Industrial Plastics' new facility. For your information, please be aware that outdoor storage is required to be screened from the view of adjoining properties and road right-of-ways. Should this outdoor storage remain, it would have to be screened appropriately. In addition, temporary trailers are not permitted as accessory storage units.
