All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. This site plan enables a 4,700 square -foot lean-to addition to be constructed. In addition to the proposed building, the parking facility will be improved to 28 spaces with curb and gutter. Currently, the pond has several feet of standing water. The existing 15 inch CMP outlet structure needs to be installed as shown on the approved site plan dated July 9, 1996. Also, the pond needs to be cleaned out and re -vegetated. In addition, I observed a PVC pipe from the building discharging coolant water into the detention pond. This is an illegal discharge and subsequently, we are requesting a site meeting with yourself as well as a representative from Insulated Building Systems, Inc. to discuss this matter. Please contact this office to schedule a date and time for this meeting. We offer no further comments. Therefore we recommend approval of the subject site plan. However, before final site approval, the corrections to the detention pond and the illegal discharge issue need to be resolved. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.
