Due to the minimal area disturbed on the site, no additional E & S measures are proposed other than silt fence and construction entrance. Existing Site Conditions The site currently has several existing structures with some gravel areas and the rest is grass Adjacent Properties Old berryville Pike to the north, Dodge Street to the west and B2 zoned properties to the south and east. Maintenance Program 1. The contractor will inspect all erosion and sediment control measures after each rainfall and at least daily during prolonged rainfall. Damaged and or deficient areas will be repaired or improved immediately. 2.
