The site plan meets all requirements for development in the B2 Zoning District. Currently, there are no adverse comments by any of the required review agencies; however, any fixture comments by these agencies should be addressed promptly. Below is a list of the primary improvements associated with use of the existing 2,390-square-foot building on site: Installation of a paved parking area on the site to include three (3) striped parking spaces with concrete wheel stops; painting of two directional arrows on the surface of the parking lot to direct vehicles. Removal of existing gravel areas onsite (located on the northern and western portions of the site) to be replaced with topsoil, mulch and seeding. Planting of three (3) trees and 29 shrubs in these areas. I am providing you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate representatives. Furthermore, please advise the owner that a copy should be kept for future reference and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site development is complete, the owner should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. This is required prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit by the Department of Building Inspections.
