application. All required information must.be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan.
The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete.
If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned

1. One set of approved comment sheets are required from the following review
agencies prior to final site plan approval. It is recommended that applicants contact
the Department of Planning and Development to determine which review agencies
are relevant to their site plan application.

THIS CONSOLIDATION AGREEMENT, made this .ZS day of March,
1999, by VDO North America, L.L.C., a Delaware limited liability
company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Virginia,
hereinafter called Consolidator.
WHEREAS, VDO-Yazaki Corporation, owner of the property
hereinafter referenced, changed its name to VDO North America,
Inc. on July 2, 1996 by an Amendment to its Articles of
Incorporation, which Amendment and the Certificate of the
Secretary of State of Delaware are of record in the Office of the
Secretary of State in Dover, Delaware, copies of which are
attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, VDO-North America, Inc. subsequently merged into VDO
North America, L.L.C., which merger was approved by the Secretary
of State of Delaware on August 1, 1996, the Certificate of Merger
and the Certificate of the Secretary of State of Delaware having
thereafter been placed of record in the Office of the State
Corporation Commission of the Commonwealth of Virginia, copies of
which is attached hereto; and,
WHEREAS, the Consolidator now desires to consolidate 16.9268
Acres of its property into one parcel as more particularly
described by the plat attached hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: The Consolidator does hereby
consolidate a portion of its property into one parcel, to contain

4072-98, on April 23, 1999. This site plan, for the construction of a 2,160-square foot addition, meets

We have no objection to the referenced site plan. The present entrance is adequate for
the proposed improvement. However, should the business ever expand, the entrances
may need to be upgraded.
Please consider the following items on any future expansion at which time the items
should be upgraded:
1. On the existing eastern most entrance, the nonstandard culvert end -walls should be
replaced with acceptable standard end sections.
2. The office entrance appears to be adequate.
3. The west truck entrance has no curb & gutter as is currently required. Also,
non-standard culvert ends should be replaced with acceptable end sections.
4. The westernmost- entrance should have 12'x48' tapers to meet current standards. A
copy of the current standard is attached.

We have no objection to the referenced site plan. The present entrance is adequate for
the proposed improvement. However, should the business ever expand, the entrances
may need to be upgraded.
Please consider the following items on any future expansion at which time the items
should be upgraded:
1. On the existing eastern most entrance, the nonstandard culvert end walls should be
replaced with acceptable standard end sections.
2. The office entrance appears to be adequate.
3. The west truck entrance has no curb & gutter as is currently required. Also,
non-standard culvert ends should be replaced with acceptable end sections.
4. The westernmost entrance should have 12'x48' tapers to meet current standards. A
copy of the current standard is attached.
