This site plan, for the construction of a 61,370-square-foot warehouse addition to the existing distribution center facility, meets all County requirements for development within the M1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District. The maximum employee shift count will remain at 300; therefore, the existing parking is sufficient to accommodate this addition. I have provided you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward two approved copies to the property owner and advise them to keep an approved copy for their files and maintain an approved copy on the construction site. Once the site development has been completed, the owner should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. Upon the satisfactory completion of all site improvements, a Certificate of Occupancy may be issued for the building addition. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this letter.
