All required information must be submitted priorto the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. Enterprises Silo Relocation Dear Eric: Please accept this revision to an approved single -sheet site plan entitled, "Proposed Building Addition on the Property of C.E.U. Enterprises, Inc.", approved on July 8, 1997. The revision involves adding a loading silo adjacent to rile six silos on the north side of the building addition. I his revision involves minimal changes to the site plan for the following reasons: 1. The number of employees will remain unchanged, so parking will not be affected. 2. The open space will not be changed. 3. Disturbed area will be limited to an area approximately 15'x20' for the concrete pad beneath the silo. 4. The silo will remain the same height in the proposed location. 5. The area involved is currently graveled, so no pavement will be added or removed.
