SITE PLAN CHECKLIST
The checklist below indicates all the information that needs to be submitted as part of the site plan
application. All required information must be submitted priorto the final approval of any site plan. The
Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If
any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to
the applicant(s).
Site Plan Package
1. One set of approved comment sheets are required from the following review
agencies prior to final site plan approval. It is recommended that applicants contact
the Department of Planning and Development to determine which review agencies
are relevant to their site plan application.

Dear Mark:
The Frederick County Department of Plamiing and Development administratively approved the above -referenced
plan on March 21, 2002. This site plan meets all requirements necessary for site plan approval. The plan is a
minor site plan revision of Site Plan 915-97. The primary improvements approved with Site Plan 408-02 are as
follows:
• Construction of a 5,000 square -foot storage addition
• Construction of a 3,000 square -foot manufacturing addition
• Installation of two storage tanks and the relocation of the existing loading space
• Construction of a kiln
• Relocation of one silo
• Installation of several new silos and concrete pads as shown on the site plan
• Installation of new lighting
• Construction of a gravel access road
I am providing you with seven copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate
representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an
approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site development
is complete, the owner(s) should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection.

Dear Eric:
Please accept this revision to an approved single -sheet site plan entitled, "Proposed Building Addition on
the Property of C.E.U. Enterprises, Inc.", approved on July 8, 1997. The revision involves adding a loading
silo adjacent to rile six silos on the north side of the building addition.
I his revision involves minimal changes to the site plan for the following reasons:
1. The number of employees will remain unchanged, so parking will not be affected.
2. The open space will not be changed.
3. Disturbed area will be limited to an area approximately 15'x20' for the concrete pad beneath the
silo.
4. The silo will remain the same height in the proposed location.
5. The area involved is currently graveled, so no pavement will be added or removed.
We are submitting the minor revision to the hand drafted site plan with the fee check and submittal forms.
