This project includes the construction of approximately 5 concrete pads for a 260' lattice tower and it's mechanical equipment. Existing site conditions: The area to be disturbed under this plan 15 currently an open field. Adjacent areas: This property bordered on all sides by residential land use in RA zoning. One property to the south (adjacent northbound Route 522) is zoned E32. Critical areas: There are no unusual or critical areas of this site. Erosion and sediment control measures: Control of erosion and sedimentation for this site shall be achieved by installing the following. I. Construction entrance. 2. Construct Silt fence. 5. Soil stabilization through permanent seeding of any unpaved disturbed areas. Permanent stabilization: Once construction is complete, all disturbed areas not built upon or paved shall be covered with a minimum of four (4) inches of topsoil.
