All required information must be submitted priorto the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. Hood Product Storage Addition TRIAD Project No. CD-07-02-0212 To Whom It May Concern: Please find the attached site plan drawings, for your review, of the H.P. Hood Product Storage Addition project in Frederick County. The attached plan is a revision of a previously approved site plan by Triad Engineering, dated 04-10-02 and approved on 05- 09-02 (site plan #14-02). The revisions per this plan are a decrease in overall building addition size, and some minor utility and grading changes in the proposed truck clock loading area. Essentially, the changes as Outlined could be shown on an as -built drawing after completion. However, since the square footage of the addition was revised, the client and Triad Engineering wanted to keep Frederick County abreast of the situation. Given the nature Of the revisions, and since all the utilities involved are private, we do not anticipate resubmitting the plan to the Other County agencies for review. Likewise, a review fee is not included with this submission since the plan should be approved administratively. However, if a review fee is warranted, the appropriate amount will be delivered to the Planning Department immediately. Please contact me if you have any questions.
