All required information must be submitted priorto the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. The site plan meets all requirements for development in the RA Zoning District and the conditions of Conditional Use Permit #22-01. There are no adverse comments by any of the required review agencies; however, any future comments by these agencies should be addressed promptly. Please remember to provide a copy of the access easements when they are recorded. Below is a list of the primary improvements of this development: • Construction of a 195-foot-high lattice -type unmanned telecommunications tower. • Marking and lighting of the tower as required by the Winchester Regional Airport. • A 14.5-foot vertical clearance for emergency vehicle access as required by the Fire Marshal. • Screening should be installed if determined necessary by Planning Department staff to ensure facilities are not visible from adjoining properties and roadways. I am providing you with six copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate representatives. Furthermore, please advise the owner that a copy should be kept for future reference and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site development is complete, the owner should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. This is required prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit by the Department of Building Inspections.
