The proposal is for an accessory structure in the M-1 Zoning District. Specifically, the building will be used in ancillary to the existing facility. It will be 2 P x 60' in size, 15' 4" in height, and will be located in the southern portion of the lot. There are currently no adverse comments by any of the required review agencies, however, be aware that you should address any future comment by these agencies promptly. I have provided you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate division of Cives Steel Company and be advised that a copy should be kept for future reference. Also, be aware that an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process.
