Ruckman Ruckman Engineering 20-B Ricketts Drive Winchester, Virginia 22601 RE: Approval of PACTIV Corporation, Site Development Plan # 47-00 Dear Mr. Ruckman: The Frederick County Department of Planning and Development administratively approved the above - referenced site plan on January 25, 2001. The plan calls for site improvements and the addition of new structures to the facility. Following is a list of the primary features of this site plan: • A new fire protection water line • Six new Silos • One new 10' X 19' pump shed • One new cooling tower to replace existing cooling tower Currently, no objections have been made by any of the review agencies. Please be aware, however, that fiiturc agency comments should be addressed accordingly. I have provided you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate division of PACTIV Corporation and/or Amoco Foam Products Company. Also, be advised that a copy should be kept for future reference and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site development is complete, the owner should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
