All required information must -be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. Ruckman Ruckman Engineering 20-B Ricketts Drive Winchester, Virginia 22601 RE: Approval of PACTIV Corporation, Site Development Plan # 47-00 Dear Mr. Ruckman: The Frederick County Department of Planning and Development administratively approved the above - referenced site plan on January 25, 2001. The plan calls for site improvements and the addition of new structures to the facility. Following is a list of the primary features of this site plan: • A new fire protection water line • Six new Silos • One new 10' X 19' pump shed • One new cooling tower to replace existing cooling tower Currently, no objections have been made by any of the review agencies. Please be aware, however, that fiiturc agency comments should be addressed accordingly. I have provided you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate division of PACTIV Corporation and/or Amoco Foam Products Company. Also, be advised that a copy should be kept for future reference and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site development is complete, the owner should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Below you will find a list of 7 issues that need to be addressed in the final site plan. To assist you, I have enclosed a numbered map which corresponds with these requests. 1. Please state the use of the property (ie. USE: Cookie Manufacturing) 2. Please correct the property identification number for the site. The county maps show this business at PINS 43-A-44 and 43-A-38A. Determine which of these locations the proposed silos are going and use it for the identification number. 3. Please provide all of the required information on the adjoining lots. Specifically, the owner's name, the use of the lot, the PIN, and the zoning are needed for all adjoining lots. 4. Please provide a statement indicating that the site plan will be valid for five years from the date of approval below the Zoning Administrator Approval Box. 5. Please provide the location and dimensions of all required setbacks and yard areas. 6. Please state what the maximum height will be for each or all of the six proposed silos. 7. Please clarify what you mean by the proposed building addition in number six of the site plan notes.
