At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff s comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Itch iew Comments: 1) Property Data. On Sheet 1 of 3 under property data, include the acreage of the entire site and the total site area being disturbed with this site plan. Also, for proposed use, state that this is an addition of a propane pad site. 2) Traffic Flow. On the site plan, the arrows directing traffic appear to go through the existing parking spaces. Traffic flow cannot be directed through parking spaces; these arrows need to go around the parking lot. 3) Front Building Restriction Line. The front BRL off of Rest Church Road is 35'. The concrete pad for the propane tanks may be within the BRL, but please ensure that the tanks are outside of the BRL. 4) Rest Church Road. Label the road on Sheet 2. 5) Page Titles. On Sheets 2 and 3 the sheet titles are "cover sheet". 6) Special Limited Power of Attorney Form. Please have the property owner sign the attached Special Limited Power of Attorney Form prior to further review or approval.
