In order to not only maintain the pre -development discharge rates, but also to obtain a higher storm water run-off quality, utilization of the downstream reservior is proposed as part of the storm water management plan. Run-off which is not routed through the reservior is limited to parking areas and is kept at the pre -development rate. The reservior to be utilized for storm water management and quality control is to the south-east on the property of the Global Stone Chemstone Corporation and is being used for extractive manufacturing processes. Currently approximately 50% of the pre -developed storm water volume from the Titan site is discharging into the reservior. For post -development conditions, this will be increased to approximately 85%. Currently approximately 50% of the site run-off is discharging to the north toward Woodside Road into a vacant lot. For post -development conditions, this area will receive only 15% of site run-off. The increased run-off coefficient however allows the pre- and post -development discharge rates to remain the same. In order to not only maintain the pre —development discharge rates, but also to obtain a higher storm water run—off quality, utilization of the downstream reservior is proposed as part Of the storm water management plan. Run—off which is not routed through the reservior is limited to parking areas and is kept at the pre —development rate. The reservior to be utilized for storm water management and quality control is to the south—east on the property of the Global Stone Chemstone Corporation and is being used for extractive manufacturing processes. Currently approximately 50% of the pre —developed storm water volume from the Titan site is discharging into the reservior. For post —development conditions, this will be increased to approximately 85%. Currently approximately 50% of the site run—off is discharging to the north toward Woodside Road into a vacant lot. For post —development conditions, this area will receive only 15% of site run—off. The increased run—off coefficient however allows the pre— and post —development discharge rates to remain the some.
