Due to the location of the proposed buildings within the flight pattern, we are requesting that any and all outdoor lighting at this site be of a shielded type to minimize possible light pollution on aircraft entering the pattern for Runway 32. 2. Controlled burning must be coordinated with Airport staff no less than twenty-four hours prior to start. 3. During the construction phase of the buildings, all cranes will be required to have an aviation obstruction flag and/or obstruction light visible during operations and must be lowered at night unless lit. Intended hours and dates of operation should be coordinated with Airport staff no less than twenty-four hours prior to start If these conditions are met, the Winchester Regional Airport Authority has no objections to the proposed site plan for the Pruitt Business Parc Phase 2.
