Unfortunately, two issues from our first review comments have not been addressed at this time. These are as follows: Please correct the building dimensions on Page COI as you did on the other pages of the site plan. Apparently the building dimensions are 70 x 152, rather than 73 x 152. Please change the proposed trailer parking area to provide curb & gutter, pavement, and the required perimeter and interior landscaping. Based on the sketch of the parking area on the current plan, the required number of trees for the landscaping requirements is as follows: A. Perimeter landscaping = (676ft / 40) 16.9 = 17 trees trees are to be deciduous and between 2 - 2 ! inches in caliber B. Interior landscaping = (19 spaces) = 2 shade trees trees are to be deciduous and between 2 - 2 % inches in caliber A 24' wide (paved) driveway also needs to be added to provide access to the parking area. Furthennore, curb & gutter and pavement specifications need to be provided for this area. After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information contained on the plan. I will need all approved agency comment sheets and at least five copies of the final plan for approval. A comment sheet from the Sanitation Authority has not been received yet.
