SITE PLAN CHECKLIST The Checklist below indicates all the information that needs to be submitted as part of the site plan application. All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). Site Plan Package 1. You gave me the approval to purchase these trees and asked that I send a drawing showing what type of trees we planted. Enclosed is a copy of the site excavating plan for New Image Graphics, Inc. We have agreed that at any future time we need dumpster service, we will comply with Frederick County Planning Department's requirements of a 10' x 10' concrete pad surrounded by a 6' wooden fence with 5' double doors. Include an erosion and sediment control narrative describing what the sequence of construction will be, a seeding schedule and other items as described in the current erosion and sediment control handbook. 4. Sheet 4 of 4 Include erosion and sediment control details on the plan describing the different measures that need to be placed. This recommendation is made to provide superior sight distance for the proposed entrance. However, adequate sight distance is achievable at the site as shown on the submitted plans. 4. Any utility needs which would be crossing Route 728 to serve the site will need to be installed by push, jack or bore method, with 36" minimum cover. 5. At the location of the existing 18" R.C.P. (to be removed), the existing right-of-way should be shown on the north side of Route 728 to avoid extending the new pipe outside of the right-of-way limits.
