application_ The Department of Planning & Development will review the application to ensure that it is
complete prior to accepting it_ If any portion of the application is not complete, it will be returned to the
applicant(s).
(1) One (1) set of approved comment sheets are required from each relevant review
agency prior to final approval of a site plan_ It is recommended that applicants
contact the Department of Planning & Development to determine which review

previously approved Camping World Site Plan (#76-06). This site is located on Commonwealth Court in the
Shawnee Magisterial District.

representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an
approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site development

Dear Candice,
The following is in response to your comments of July 30, 2007.
1) Islands. Prornde islands as indicated on the plan.
A striped island has been provided at the end of the last RV Stall. This
island will include a LP Tank which shall be provided by the owner.
2) 42Mpster Location. Provide a six inch curls and the rrquired distance along the
parking space adjacenl to the dumpster per f 165-27F. (11)(a).
A 6" curb has been added to the plans extending from the dumpster, the
entire length of the adjacent parking space (20).
3) The pole light detail on sheet 4 needs to rpeci, jy that a flat lens will be
uli/itied
The lighting pole and fixture on Sheet 4 has been revised to specify that a
flat lens shall be installed on each lighting fixture.
Enclosed is one copy of the revised plan. After your review we will provide
approved agency comment sheets along with five copies of the final plan. If you

Dear Cyrus:
Planning Staff has reviewed the above -referenced site plan to determine if administrative approval can
be granted. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the
issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed.
Please review Staffs comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately
addresses each concern.
Review Comments:
1) Islands. Provide islands as indicated on the plan.
2) Dumaster Location. Provide a six inch curb and the required distance along the parking space
adjacent to the dumpster per § 165-27E(11)(a).
3) Lighting. The pole light detail on sheet 4 needs to specify that a flat lens will be utilized.
After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information
contained on the plan. I will need all approved review agency comment sheets and at least five copies of
the final plan for approval. Comment sheets are required from the following agencies: the Frederick
County Inspections Department, the Frederick County Fire Marshal and the Frederick County
Sanitation Authority.

includes 4 additional RV parking spaces on the south side of the building structure and relocated the two loading
