Provide a ditch for the concentrated flow that will accumulate at the bottom of the fill slope located north and east of the exit road. 2. Provide a means to treat the sediment laden, concentrated runoff before it enters the non - tidal wetlands. A silt fence is not an acceptable erosion control method for concentrated runoff. The special limited power of attorney form is attached. 2. Sheet C-2 states that W-L Construction is the owner and sheet C-3 states that O-N is the property owner. Sheet C-2 needs to state that O-N is the property owner and W-L is the lease holder and developer. The plans are revised to show O-N as the property owner and W-L Construction as the lease holder and developer (see sheets C-1, note #4 — sheet C-2, and sheet C-3). 3. Provide the exact height of the structure on sheet C-2. The height of the facility is included (see note #12, sheet C-2). 4. Note #1 on sheet C-4 refers to the architectural drawings for exact dimensions; the exact dimensions need to be provided on this plan. The dimensions of the facility are included (see sheet C-4). 5. Show all applicable building restriction lines on sheet C-4. The BRL lines are included (see sheet C-4). 6. The existing asphalt road appears to stop and there is only a line shown for the road where the vehicles enter the plant. Provide a continuation of the asphalt road. The asphalt roadway is extended (see sheet C-4). 7. Provide whee/stops for the three parking spaces. Wheelstops and the appropriate detail are provided (see sheet C-4). 8. All driving lanes and parking spaces must have a dust free surface. The driving lane and parking spaces are shown with asphalt pavement (see sheet C-4). At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff=s comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Special Limited Povver of Attorney Form. Please have the property owner sign the attached Special Limited Power of Attorney Form prior to further review or approval. This form should be notarized and completed to grant the applicant (you) with authorization to represent them for this site plan. 2) Property Owner. Sheet C-2 states that W-L Construction is the owner and sheet C-3 states that O-N is the property owner. Sheet C-2 needs to state that O-N is the property owner and W-L is the Lease holder and developer. 3) Building Height. Provide the exact height of the structure on sheet C-2. 4) General Notes. Note I on sheet C-4 refers to the architectural drawings for exact dimensions; the exact dimensions need to be provided on this plan. 5) BRL's. Show all applicable building restriction lines on sheet C-4. 6) Entrance Road. The existing asphalt road appears to stop and there is only a line shown for the road where the vehicles enter the plant. Provide a continuation of the asphalt road. 7) Parking Spaces.
