The site plan is approved for revisions and updates to 742 Baker Lane in the Stonewall Magisterial District. Required site improvements consist of the following: • Landscaped islands located on both sides of the parking spaces facing the building. • Paving as shown on the property and wheelstops for the parking spaces as shown. • Construction of a dumpster pad with a six (6) foot wooden fence for screening. • A sidewalk along Baker Lane and landscaping as shown on the plan. • Instillation of a gate to access the gravel lane behind the building.
