The determination states that the proposed structure will not exceed height limitations per the information submitted on the 7460-1. As stipulated on page two (2) on the determination letter, temporary construction equipment such as cranes, derricks, etc. that exceeds the overall height of the structure submitted as twenty (20) feet AGL, requires a separate 7460-1 to be filed with the FAA for review and comment. The comments concerning the site plan have been addressed as follows: 1. Existing Storage The areas of existing outdoor storage have been identified on the site plan. The existing board fence and the existing double row of evergreen trees have been identified as well. There are existing plants that need to be re- placed due to the fact that they are diseased and dying or are already dead. Mr. Wilson will replace the plants necessary by either providing new evergreen trees or by installing a 6' board fence. He has not determined which option will be most appropriate for him at this time. The replacement options have been outlined on the site plan.
