A dunipster location for phase one needs to be provided on the plan. 2. Fencing. All references to opaque gate/fencing should be renamed as board -on -board fencing. Also, if a chain link fence will be placed around the outdoor gravel storage area, it should be shown on the plan and screened appropriately. 3. Screening. A gate or extension of the berm is required at the rear of the phase one building to screen the outdoor gravel storage, and an additional screening tree is required on the north end of the property where the berm meets the parking area. The site plans are less than a year old (McClung -Logan and Martoncik). Finally, the entrance is about 450' from the cul-de-sac of McGhee Road. Since this is a dead end road and all of the other projects in Stonewall Industrial Park have 4:1 tapers, would you reconsider this request for an additional 12' lane across the frontage?
