The site plan is approved for the construction of a new Allegheny Power substation located on Walters Mill Lane in the Stonewall Magisterial District. All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. If rip -rap is not proposed for the entire length of all channels, it will be necessary to provide calculations to verify that erosion will not be caused during a ten-year storm event. 2. Provide the Responsible Land Disturber signature block on the plans. I have enclosed a copy of the subject item. Please forward it to your engineer for inclusion on the plan. 3. With the exception of single family dwelling construction, the use of regular silt fence for commercial or subdivision projects is not permitted in Frederick County. The county requires the use of wire reinforced silt fence or a diversion berm for perimeter control.
