The site plan is approved for two canopy additions and new gasoline pumps at the existing Omps Garage site located at 2021 North Frederick Pike. Site improvements include the following: • Two new gasoline canopies and new gasoline pumps. • New landscaping and screening as indicated on the plan. • A new screened storage area for vehicles awaiting repair. I am providing you with three (3) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staffs comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Wheel Stops. Provide concrete wheel stops as indicated on the plan. 2) Opaque Fence. Label the opaque fence as an opaque board -on -board fence. 3) Existinlz Gravel Area. As discussed with William Myers, the existing gravel area specified on the plan cannot be used for storage of vehicles waiting repair or tractor trailer parking; provide a note to that effect. After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information contained on the plan.
