Approval is granted for the construction of a new warehouse building consisting of 61,082 square feet. The first phase of parking will consist of sixteen (16) spaces, including two handicap parking spaces. The second phase of parking will consist of twenty four (24) spaces and the third phase of parking will consist of seven (7) spaces. The second and third phases of parking will occur at a later date when additional spaces are required.
