The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete.
If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned

Dear Mr. Spitler.
The Frederick County Department of Planning and Development administratively approved the
above -referenced site plan on July 30, 1999. This site plan, for the expansion of an existing
manufacturing facility, meets all County requirements for development within the MI (Light
Industrial) Zoning District. Specifically, a 144-square-foot industrial building will eliminate six
parking spaces to allow for automobile fuel pump testing adjacent to the existing warehouse.
I have provided you with several copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these approved
plans to the owner and advise the owner to keep an approved copy for their files. Furthermore, the
owner should ensure that an approved copy is maintained on the construction site throughout the
development process. Once site development has been completed, the owner should contact this
office to schedule an on -site inspection.
