This site plan, for a warehouse addition, meets all County requirements within the M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District, The site plan delineates an existing two-story building consisting of 15,036 square feet and a warehouse addition consisting of 3,144 square feet. The total area of the facility will be 18,180 square feet. The building will be served by 17 parking spaces to include one (1) designed for handicapped use.
