This site plan, for a warehouse addition, meets all County requirements within the M-1 (Light Industrial) Zoning District, The site plan delineates an existing two-story building consisting of 15,036 square feet and a warehouse addition consisting of 3,144 square feet. The total area of the facility will be 18,180 square feet. The building will be served by 17 parking spaces to include one (1) designed for handicapped use. The plan also includes the extension of the four (4) foot which will terminate at each end of the adjacent row of parking spaces, concrete walk, I have provided you with several copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these approved plans to the owner and advise the owner to keep all approved copy for their files. Furthermore, the owner should ensure that an approved copy is maintained on the construction site throughout the development process.
