The adjoining properties must show the deed book page numbers. Also, all PH properties across Rt. 11 need to be shown. All adjoining properties have been shown. A sidewalk needs to be provided along Valley Pike. Sidewalk has been added with handicap c access amps at required locations. 2. The required parking needs to be 21(1/400). Parking is also required -.,:.OF< ;s (1/3000) for outside display area. Parking note has been revised. 3. An entrance way must be at least 150 ft. from any existing driveway or right- of-way. The traffic light needs to be shown on the site plan. A waiver would need to be submitted to allow for a 90' width from the existing Capital Meats driveway. The waiver for a right in/right out was entrance approved in SP# 24-04. .;_ .,..-.,E. This waiver is still in effect. However this condition will change.
