The zoning needs to be identified on every adjoining lot. 2. Parking Spaces. The parking space requirement was not met. According to Social Services, there are more than three employees per shift that work at the above facility, which will require more than the listed 17 spaces. 3. Road Identification. The speed limit and route number need to be provided for Valley Mill Road on the site plan. 4. Handicapped Parking. Handicapped parking has not been clearly identified on the site. 5. Dumpster. The existing dumpster and proposed dunlpster have not been identified, as well as the fence detail on the site. 6. Landscaping. There are eight existing trees on the property according to the site plan. The site plan lists that 36 are required. Two of the trees on the property are evergreens and do not count toward the tree landscaping credits. All new trees need to be identified on the site plan. A hedge row needs to be placed where the new parking is constructed, as well as along the parking spaces to the north. Please describe the trees as "existing" and not "historically nonconforming".
