This new lot is being provided by the Lakeview Townhouse HOA so that the residents of the adjacent 6 townhouses do not have to park on the Chinkapin Drive shoulder. The design proposes a one aay pattern entering from C hinkapin and existing to Hackberry. Two private entrance drives, meeting VDOT standards will be provided along with 13 standard parking spaces. The grading shown provides adequate stormwater conveyance to properly drain this site. Please note a portion of the existing gravel shoulder mill be removed and this area seeded. The disturbed area is very small, about one third of an acre, or 13,000 sq. ft. We have provided an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan for the construction period.
