I have reviewed the site plan, and some changes are required before staff can consider final administrative approval. To assist you, please find the enclosed copy of the site plan with red markings. It should correspond with my comments listed below. These comments are as follows: Review Comments 1. Water Utilities. Please provide the location and specifications for all water lines, laterals, and mains. E, 2. Business Sign. Please show the location of the business sign that is currently located in the front -left corner of the property. If there is no approved sign permit for this sign, one will need to be issued by the Department of Building Inspections prior to the approval of a building permit for the proposed addition. 3. Previous Site Plan. Please reference the date and site plan number of the previously approved site plan. 4. Landscaping. Please provide a three-foot evergreen hedge row in front of the seven parking spaces located in the front of the lot. Furthermore, I recommend the planting of four trees, either deciduous or evergreen, in the front of the property. This would be beneficial due to the absence of any landscape buffer between the Battleview Subdivision and the subject property.
