All required information must be submitted prior to the final approval of any site plan. The Department of Planning and Development will review the application to ensure that it is complete. If any portion is not included or complete, the site plan application will not be accepted and returned to the applicant(s). The site plan meets all requirements for development in the B2 Zoning District. Currently, there are no adverse comments by any of the required review agencies; however, any future comments by these agencies should be addressed promptly. Below is a list of the primary improvements of this development: • Construction of a 5,822 square -foot building for a gas station/convenience market use. • 29 parking spaces, including two handicapped spaces. • Planting of 18 shade trees and 54 shrubs. • Construction of a canopy and installation of underground gas tanks. I am providing you with eight copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate representatives. Furthermore, please advise the owner that a copy should be kept for future reference and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. Once site development is complete, the owner should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. This is required prior to die issuance of an occupancy permit by the Department of Building Inspections.
