Off -site Areas During clearing and grubbing, the site contractor may transport off -site the residue from the wooded area. During earthwork operations, the contractor may import or export materials as required to achieve final grades and specifications. This may require periodic top dressing with additional stone or the washing and reworking of existing stone as conditions demand and repair and/or clean out of any structures used to trop sediment. The use of water trucks to remove materials dropped, washed, or tracked onto roadways will not be permitted under any circumstances. Temporary Diversion Dikes will be installed in along the downstream perimeter of the construction area as port or the first measures of construction. The Diversion Dikes shall be inspected after each rainfall and at least doily during prolonged rainfall. Any required repairs shall be mode immediately. Damaged, decomposed or otherwise ineffective barrier areas shall be repaired. Sediment deposits should be removed after each storm event. They must be removed when deposits reach approximately one-half the height of the barrier. Any sediment deposits remaining in place after the silt fence is no longer needed shall be dressed to conform with the existing grade and stabilized. Block and gravel inlet protection shall be installed at the curb inlets. These measures shall be inspected after every rainfall event and repairs mode as necessary. Sediment shall be removed from in front of the gravel when greater than 1 inch in depth accumulates. A temporary sediment trap will be provided in the southern corner of the proposed storm water pond. The trap berm will be constructed with on -site materials and will be seeded with the temporary seeding mix immediately after installation. The trap will be inspected after each rain storm and repairs mode as necessary. Rock check dams will be installed as culvert inlet protection at the upstream ends of culverts. Dams shall be inspected after each rainfall and at least doily during prolonged rainfall. Any required repairs shall be made immediately. Temporary seeding in accordance with the E & S Std & Spec 3.31 will be applied oil areas which will not be brought to final grade within 30 days. Embankment or excavated slopes denuded for a period of greater than 30 days shall be temporarily seeded and mulched. To coincide with the anticipated construction dates, the seeding will consist of 50 pounds per acre of German Millet. Permanent Stabilization The contractor shall stabilize all denuded land within 7 days after the end of construction. Permanent stabilization shall be applied to areas that are to be left dormant for more than one year. Grading operations will generate fill and cut material which should be utilized on -site. Existing Site Conditions The site is generally open with a mixed gross vegetation and is currently vacant. The construction area generally drains toward the southern most corner of the property. Adjacent Areas The southern corner of the property is adjacent to commercial property over the Prosperity Drive Right-of-Woy. The remainder of adjacent properties ore vacant. Off -site Areas During clearing and grubbing, the site contractor may transport off -site the residue from the wooded area. During eorthwork operations, the contractor may import or export materials as required to achieve final grades and specifications. The entrance sholl be maintained in a condition which will prevent tracking or flow of mud onto the public rights-of-woy. This may require periodic top dressing with additional stone or the washing and reworking of existing stone as conditions demand and repair and/or clean out of any structures used to trop sediment. All materials spilled, dropped. washed, or tracked from vehicles onto roadways or into storm drains must be removed immediately. The use of water trucks to remove materials dropped, washed, or tracked onto roadways will not be permitted under any circumstances. Temporary Diversion Dikes will be installed in along the downstream perimeter of the construction area as port or the first measures of construction. The Diversion Dikes shall be inspected after each rainfoll and at least doily during prolonged rainfall. Any required repairs shoes be made immediately. Damaged, decomposed or otherwise ineffective barrier areas sholl be repaired. Sediment deposits should be removed after each storm event. They must be removed when deposits reach approximately one-half the height of the barrier. Any sediment deposits remaining in place after the silt fence is no longer needed sholl be dressed to conform with the existing grade and stabilized. Block and grovel inlet protection shall be instotted at the curb inlets. These measures shall be inspected after every rainfall event and repoirs mode as necessary. Sediment sholl be removed from in front of the grovel when greater than 1 inch in depth accumulates. A temporary sediment trop will be provided in the southern corner of the proposed storm water pond. The trop berm will be constructed with on -site materials and will be seeded with the temporory seeding mix immediately after installation. The trop will be inspected after each rain storm and repairs mode as necessary. Rock check dams will be installed as culveft inlet protection at the upstream ends of culverts. Doms shall be inspected after eoch rainfall and at least doily during prolonged rainfall. Any required repairs shall be mode immediately. Temporary seeding in accordance with the E & S Std & Spec 3.31 will be applied all areas which will not be brought to final grade within 30 days. Embankment or excavated slopes denuded for a period of greater than 30 days sholl be temporarily seeded and mulched. To coincide with the anticipated construction dotes, the seeding will consist of 50 pounds per ocre of German Millet. Permanent Stabilization The contractor sholl stabilize all denuded land within 7 days after the end of construction.
