At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staffs comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Application. The site plan application submitted was not signed; a copy has been provided for signature. 2) Signature Block. A signature block for the Zoning Administrator along with the expiration language needs to be provided on the coversheet. 3) PIN Number and Magisterial District. On the coversheet, the property identification number needs to be shown as well as the Magisterial District. 4) Landscaping Notes. On sheet C001, notes need to be provided that state (i) all planting shall conform with §165-36B of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance (Plant selection, planting procedure, and maintenance), and (2) any plant substitutions must be approved in writing by the Frederick County Planning Department. 5) Building Restriction Lines. The BRL's for this site need to be provided and shown on sheet C102. 6) Future Spaces. Show the complete design for the future spaces and label them Phase II -Future Spaces. A crosswalk should also be added when the future space (northwest) are constructed. 7) Screening and Outdoor Storage. There is outdoor storage associated with a portion of this site. Show the entire evergreen landscaping being used to screen this area as indicated on sheet Cl 02. Once you have adequately addressed all ofthese comments, please resubmit a copy for my review. I will need all approved review agency comment sheets and at least five copies of the final plan for approval.
