The above -referenced site plan was approved on October 24, 2006. The site plan is approved for
revisions to site Plan 966-04 and is approved for the construction of two office buildings, one
with 8,480sf and the other with 15,680sf located on Airport Road in the Shawnee Magisterial
District. Associated inlproverllents consist of a parking lot with a total of 102 spaces (five
handicap accessible), a "zoning district buffer along the rear property line and landscaping as
indicated on the plan.

This is to acknowledge receipt of your revised plans with latest revisions dated February 28, 2006 for the
referenced project. The revisions to the buildings result in a small increase in the trip generation estimates
which do not require any modifications to the site entrance on Airport Road, Route 645.
The plan revisions appear satisfactory and are approved, subject to one minor change. For the taper at the
beginning of the right -turn lane on Airport Drive, we have advised the contractor to construct the taper with a
taper rate of 4:1. Please modify the plan to show the taper rate of 4:1 rather than 1:1 (45' angle) shown.
Please provide 6 copies of the final revised plans for VDOT distribution.
No modification of the existing Land Use Permit #855-7375 is required. If there are any questions, do not
hesitate to contact me.

We have reviewed the revised site plan for the Airport Business Center, LLC and all prior
comments in my letter of December 8, 2004, have been included in the construction
notes of the revised plans.
Review of the proposed building heights appear to be lower than what had been
previously submitted therefore the owner will not have to re -file the Federal Aviation form
7460-1.
We have no further requests in regards to the latest site plan for two buildings on the
referenced site.

that will help ensure safe operations of the Winchester Regional Airport.
