At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staffs comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments: 1) Site Information. Additional information regarding this site needs to be provided on the plan (disturbed area, owner information, proposed expansion, zoning, etc.). 2) Canopy. Show and label the boundaries of the existing canopy. 3) Drivint; Lanes. A minimum of 12 feet needs to be provided between the canopy and parking spaces to accommodate one-way traffic. One area does not accommodate this distance and the parking spaces need to be relocated. Driving lanes need to be measured from the edge of the canopy, not the edge of the pump. 4) Directional Arrows. Due to the width of some of the driving lanes, the majority of the site needs to be one way; revise the arrows as indicated. 5) Durnpstei- Enclosure. Provide a notation that the screening for the dumpster needs to be board -on -board. After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information contained on the plan. I will need all approved review agency comment sheets and at least five copies of the final plan for approval. Comment sheets are required from the following agencies: the Frederick County Inspections DeparUnent and the Frederick County Fire Marshal.
