All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. Other Code that applies is ICC/ANSI Al 17.1-03 Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities. Structural plans submitted for permit application shall be sealed by a Virginia Licensed Design Professional. Please note the requirements in Chapter 17 of BOCA for special inspection requirements on the type of structure.( Soils, concrete ect..). Gated Pool area shall have the number of accessible exits required for the occupant load. Public Swimming pools are required to be accessible and shall meet ANSI Al 17.1-03. Access into the pool is required to meet ANSI Al 17.1-03. Pool and Pool Barriers shall comply with National Spa and Pool Institute 01-03 standard. Suction outlets shall be designed and installed in accordance with ANSI/APSP-7 New pool building requires a building permit. Plan indicates sprinklered building. All required egress shall be Handicap Accessible. Handicap Parking may be existing, however, not shown on the site plan at this time. Van accessible space as required per ANSI Al 17.1. Curb ramp shall have a min 36x36 landing as per ANSI Sec 406.10. Handicap parking signs shall meet USBC 1106.8 requirements. Access from parking to entrances appears to be accessible, however, % of slope across parking space and walk to building is not indicated.
