2. CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA).
3. CONSTRUCTION TRAILER, FENCING, PARKING, AND STAGING AREAS SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH AND APPROVED BY
FREDERICK COUNTY.
4. CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL MATERIAL, LABOR AND EQUIPMENT AND PERFORM ALL WORK INCLUDING
