The above -referenced site plan was approved on October 22, 2008. The site plan is approved
for the addition of a generator pad at the existing FBI facility located at 170 Marcel Drive in
the Shawnee Magisterial District.
All requirements of the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance have been met in the approved
site plan, including review agency comments from all relevant review agencies. I am
providing you with six (6) copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these copies to
the appropriate representative(s). Furthermore, advise the owner(s) that a copy should be
kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site
throughout the development process. Once site development is complete, the owners)
should contact this office to schedule an on -site inspection. Do not hesitate to contact me if
you have any questions.

Dear Mr. Tweedie:
We have completed our review of the subject site plan submitted September 17, 2008,
and offer no comments at this time. Therefore, we recommend approval of the subject site plan.
Because the site work will disturb less than 10,000 square feet, a land disturbance permit will not
be required. However, perimeter erosion and sediment control measures are required and shall
be installed.

Dear Mr. Tweedie:
On behalf of the Winchester Regional Airport Authority, we have reviewed the referenced
proposed Site Plan and determined that the proposed site plan for a generator pad will not have
an impact on operations at the Winchester Regional Airport. While the proposed site lies within
the airport's airspace, it falls outside of the airport's Part 77 close in surfaces therefore you will
not have to file a 7460-1 Airspace Analysis Study with the FAA.
Thank you for your cooperation and consideration in the continuing safe operations of the
Winchester Regional Airport.

Structure shall comply with The Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Code and Section 312, use
group U (Utility and Miscellaneous) of The International Building Code 2006. Structural plans
submitted for permit application shall be sealed by a Va. Licensed Design Professional. Please
note the requirements in Chapter 17 Special Inspections for this type structure, soils, concrete,
bolts, etc.
