At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff's comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments 1. Adioining Information. Annotate all adjoining information. 2. Vicinity Map. Show a vicinity map at a scale no less than 1"=1000'. 3. Approval Block. Provide an approval block showing, "Approved by the Frederick County Zoning Administrator", and approval date, Also, note that "site plan valid for five years from approval date. 4. General Notes. Clarify the height, ground floor elevation, and total square footage of proposed pavilion. 5. Proiect information. Proposed use needs to note pavilion, not school. 6. Middle Road. Label posted speed limit and right-of-way width for Middle Road. 7. Labeliniz. As indicated, there is an area south of the existing pavilion that is not labeled. Clarify what this area is. S. General Notes. Move scale for detail inside box to avoid confusion. Annotate new sidewalk from pavilion to existing sidewalk (hatch).
