At this time, administrative approval cannot be granted. This site plan is denied until the issues in this letter, as well as all issues of the other review agencies, have been adequately addressed. Please review Staff's comments listed below and then prepare a revised site plan which adequately addresses each concern. Review Comments 1. Architectural Review Committee. You will need to obtain an approval letter from the Architectural Control Committee for this development before the site plan can be approved. 2. Magisterial District. Include the Magisterial District on the coversheet. 3. General Notes. Gin sheet C-2, revise note 18 to remove "unless otherwise indicated''; all utilities are required to be underground. 4. Lighting. Lighting from this site cannot trespass onto adjacent properties or road right-of-ways; full cut-off fixtures should be used for the parking lot light;i'rig; Sheet C-9 shows a detail with a 25 degree tilt and sheet SD-3 shows a fixture with a 90 degree tilt; the detail on sheet SD-3 should be utilized.
