The site plan is approved for a 190-foot telecommunications tower in Shawneeland. It meets all requirements for the construction of a telecommunications tower in the R5 (Residential, Recreational Community) Zoning District. The Frederick County Board of Supervisors approved the Conditional Use Permit (#24-01) for this telecommunications tower on May 24, 2001. All review agencies have approved the plan. Any future review agency comments should be addressed promptly. I have provided you with five copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate representative. Furthermore, please be advised that a copy should be kept for future reference, and an approved copy must be kept on the construction site throughout the development process. The tower shall be removed by the applicant or property owner within twelve (12) months of abandonment of operation. 5. All lots included in this request sliall be consolidated into a single parcel.
