The site plan meets all requirements for development in the Ml Zoning District. Currently, there are no adverse comments by any ofthe required review agencies; however, any future comments by these agencies should be addressed promptly. Below is a list of the primary improvements of this development: • A 23,040 square -foot ground area expansion for an extension of the existing craneway. • Construction of a 692 square -foot canopy area in the front of the primary building. • The relocation of Cives Lane has also been illustrated on the plan I am providing you with three copies of the approved site plan. Please forward these to the appropriate representative of Cives Steel Company.
