SITE PLAN APPLICATION CHECKLIST
The checklist shown below specifies the information which is required to be submitted as part of the site plan
application. The Department of Planning & Development will re -,view the application to ensure that it is
complete prior to accepting it. If any portion of the application is not complete, it will be returned to the
applicant(s).
(1) One (1) set of approved comment sheets are required from each relevant review
agency prior to final approval of a site plan. It is recommended that applicants
contact the Department of Planning & Development to determine which review

Upon review of the subject site plan, we offer the following comments:
1. Provide a note stating that the vegetative stabilization shall be uniform, mature enough to
survive and aclequatc to inhibit erosion.
2. Provide appropriate notes rcguarcling trenching practices in accordance Nvitli VCSCI-I
4VAC50-30-40.16.
3. Show the location of all erosion and secliment control measures in accorcance with the
VGSCI-I standarcl symbols. Show the location of the construction entrance.
4. Provide a seeding schedule.
We will reserve our approval until receipt of the above revisions. Please highlight on the revised
plans the changes listed above.

Frederick County Engineering Department, and the Frederick County Fire Marshal.
Mr. John Whittaker of the Frederick County Sanitation Authority informed Us at a Project
Review Meeting on June 1, 2006 that lie does not need to review the plans.
