This is a safety measure'lo shield bright lights from approaching and departing aircraft. 2. Burning should be prohibited as the site lies within the -Airport close in approach surfaces and traffic pattern. 3. Please display all driveways within 200' of the proposed driveway, including those across the right-of-way. New or widened driveways are required to be 200' apart. All driveways that are located within 200' of the proposed driveway improvement are shown on the plan. The two driveways which are currently used by Perry Engineering are existing driveways and have changed location. The plans have already been approved by VDOT. Adjoining properties. The adjoining properties must show the deed book page numbers. Also, all properties across Route 11 need to be shown. Deed book page numbers of adjoining properties have been added to the plans. All were found except 64-A 154 and 65-A 95, both of which could not be located. Landscaping. A hedgerow needs to be placed along the parking facing Millwood Pike (Route 50). A hedgerow has been added along the parking area facing Millwood Pike. 4. Parking. The lot to the north is currently being used for parking. This needs to be accounted for on the site plan. The site is at the intersection of Millwood Pike (US Route 50) and Victory Lane (VA Route 728)f addition is proposed on two stories at the northwest corner of the office building. The site is currently served by well and septic field. The plan proposes an extension of 8" gravity sewer and 8" water from US Route 50 and Independence Avenue to the site. Water meters and sewer laterals to both the Perry office and 'Michester Building Supply. 71ne FCSA a ill own the 8" eater and sewer lines. A temporary, privately owned pump station will be furnished at the east end of the site. This station Rill only serve the Perry office and Winchester Buildu-rg Supply uses. Once additional development occurs, a regional pump station, to be owned and operated by the FCSA, will be constricted. No new employees are proposed by this development. Adequate parking currently exists to satisfy the parking needs of the existing and proposed office uses. One additional handicapped space would be requied and that is provided at the east side if the building. No new traffic would be generated be the expansion. No new accesses are proposed and no work on the State right-of-way will occur. The disturbed area is small, only the building pad at he expansion and the trench work for the utility lines.
