The following comments are offered and should be addressed during the revision of this site plan. I have also marked the enclosed plan for your use. 1) Please modify the approval block to state Zoning Administrator, rather than Administration. Furthermore, die signature line should be identified with the text Signature as opposed to Administration. 2) On the General Layout and Boundary and Zoning sheets, please enhance the zoning information for the subject site to reflect the split designation RA (Rural Areas)/M1 (Light Industrial). These zoning categories should be referenced in addition to the AP 1 (Airport District) overlay. Please ensure that the zoning district titles and abbreviations delineated on the Boundary and Zoning sheet are consistent with those contained within the Frederick County Zoning Ordinance. Furthermore, it is important to note that there is no HE (Higher Education) zoned property in the immediate vicinity of the airport. 3) Please provide the use, zoning, and Property Identification Number (PIN) of each property that adjoins the subject site. This includes properties located across rights -of -way, streams, and railroad tracks. After you have revised the site plan, please resubmit one copy so that I may verify the information contained on the plan. I will then need all approved review agency comment sheets and five copies of the final site plan for approval.
