1. Contractor shall field verify locations of all existing
utilities prior to initiation of any construction activities.
Q 2. Design depicted hereon is obtained from ADI Systems,
Inc. Triad Engineering, Inc. accepts responsibility for
only the erosion and sediment control elements of the
plan. All utilities, grading, and design specifications
associated with the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)

shall ensure that the point of connection to the existing

D. MATERIAL USED FOR BACK FILLING TRENCHES SHALL BE PROPERLY COMPACTED IN
ORDER TO MINIMIZE EROSION AND PROMOTE STABILIZATION.
E. RESTABILIZATION SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE REGULATIONS.
F. APPLICABLE SAFETY REGULATIONS SHALL BE COMPLIED WITH.
14. WHERE CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE ACCESS ROUTES INTERSECT PAVED PUBLIC ROADS, PROVISIONS
SHALL BE MADE TO MINIMIZE THE TRANSPORT OF SEDIMENT BY VEHICULAR TRACKING ONTO THE
PAVED SURFACE. WHERE SEDIMENT IS TRANSPORTED ONTO A PUBLIC ROAD SURFACE, THE ROAD
SHALL BE CLEANED THOROUGHLY AT THE END OF EACH DAY. SEDIMENT SHALL BE REMOVED
FROM THE ROADS BY SHOVELING OR SWEEPING AND TRANSPORTED TO A SEDIMENT CONTROL
DISPOSAL AREA. STREET WASHING SHALL BE ALLOWED ONLY AFTER SEDIMENT IS REMOVED IN
THIS MANNER.
15. ALL TEMPORARY EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE REMOVED WITHIN 30
DAYS AFTER FINAL SITE STABILIZATION OR AFTER THE TEMPORARY MEASURES ARE NO LONGER
NEEDED, UNLESS OTHERWISE AUTHORIZED BY THE LOCAL PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR. TRAPPED

1. Contractor shall field verify locations of all existing
utilities prior to initiation of any construction activities.
Al2. Design depicted hereon is obtained from ADI Systems,
Inc. Triad Engineering, Inc. accepts responsibility for
only the erosion and sediment control elements of the
plan. All utilities, grading, and design specifications
associated with the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP)
are the responsibility of ADI Systems, Inc. The design
shall ensure that the point of connection to the existing
sanitary sewer line is upstream of the monitoring manhole.
3. Baseline shown runs parallel with the East face of the
existing control building.
4. The amount of disturbed area for this project is
approximately 20,000 sq. ft. (0.46 acres).
5. Additional storm -water management improvements are
not needed for this addition. Storm -water management
is handled via two existing on -site detention basins.
6. The existing gravel roadway to the WWTP from the H.P.
Hood facility shall serve as the emergency fire access
route.
