The berm/buffer area needs to be extended along the Gavis property. 15. Easements. There appear to be power lines along the eastern side of the property. Clarify if this is within an easement. 16. Entrances. All entrances within 200' of this property need to be shown on the site plan. 17. Brucetown Road. Brucetown Road is only a 30' ROW. Provide the necessary dedication of right-of-way to satisfy the VDOT ROW standards.
